Mortgage Foundations is looking for highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Mortgage Agents and Brokers to join our team! If you are looking for a brokerage to start or continue to build your mortgage business with; your search is over!
This is a commission-based contract remote role. The role involves tasks such as sourcing and recommending mortgage products, assisting clients with mortgage applications, negotiating terms with lenders, and providing guidance on mortgage options and financing solutions.

About Mortgage Foundations
At Mortgage Foundations we provide the support and mentorship that our agents and brokers need to succeed in the mortgage industry. There is never an extra charge for our training or support, and you will not be expected to pay a 'commitment fee' or 'training fee' at anytime. Being successful in this business is challenging enough; we don't believe that collecting a fee from a new agent that they 'may' get back at some point is feasible.
Mortgage Foundations offers a competitive compensation split program that is tiered based on your experience and the level of support required. Our commission split is based off of every dollar that is generated by the deal; whether finder's or broker's fees, volume bonus, promotion, MPP or trailer fees, your split is calculated off all of it!
Mortgage Foundations participates in a royalty-free business model; which means that you do not have any of your commission taken before the split to go to our national network. The only exception is a $30 compliance fee for every closed file in order to ensure files are compliant once completed.
Mortgage Foundations does have a contract; however, there is no lock in period at all. We just ask for 30 days notice if you find that Mortgage Foundations is not a proper fit for you. Our agents and brokers are not just a number or a way to collect a monthly fee; if you are not successful or happy with Mortgage Foundations, we encourage you speak with us, or find another suitable option for your business!
